Are you in the end of your studies in engineering physics, computer science, mathematics or similar? RaySearch now offers a Master Thesis position within image analysis at our head office in central Stockholm, starting January 2023.
We offer the following Master Thesis job:
"Implementation and validation of robust perfusion models"
The topic is development and validation of robust algorithms for computing quantitative pharmacokinetic parameters from dynamic MR imaging data, by looking at changes over time. Such algorithms are medically relevant for diagnostic as well as treatment purposes.
The project will result in a prototype implemented in a research version of our treatment planning system RayStation.

Who can apply?
Master thesis students with an interest in image analysis. The project starts in January 2023.
You are interested in using your knowledge in mathematics and/or computer science to contribute to our mission. You may be an experienced software developer or you may be less experienced but eager to learn. Mathematics skills, programming interest, relevant hobby projects and summer/part time jobs within development and/or research are highly valued.
