One of the Group's largest unit is Site Perstorp, in Sweden, which has been manufacturing chemical products in various forms since 1881. Basic & specialty polyols, formates, organic acids and formaldehyde are the main products manufactured in Perstorp.
About the position
The Master data (MDM) team at Perstorp consists of four colleagues. We are responsible for creating and maintaining all data related to customers, suppliers and materials globally. We make sure all data in our ERP-systems are of high quality to enable business success. Our work affects many different parts of the company. Perstorp has decided to implement SAP at its production sites around the world. We are right now it the middle of that journey were we are replacing our old system. MDM has an important part in these large projects to make sure that transfer of data objects to SAP is done in the correct way - a fun and challenging task. Salesforce is our fairly new implemented CRM system and is integrated with SAP. MDM is part of Perstorp's ERP organization. In total we are about 50 colleagues and most of us are based at Site Perstorp. In your work as a Master data Specialist your responsibilities are;
• Registration and updates of our three objects.
• Contact with various functions within the company.
• Be part of ongoing ERP-projects, such as new implementations at our production sites.
• Work with our processes and instructions related to masterdata.
• Update our processes in the management system.

Who are you?
• 3 year's relevant experience
• ERP experience. Preferably in SAP but not mandatory.
• Skilled excel user.
• Working proficency English.
• Preferably some experience and interest in programming. You will create basic scripts in Winshuttle.
In the role as an MDM-specialist you will have close cooperation with different functions within Perstorp. Therefore it is important that you are a cooperative and responsive person who has a good understanding of how to work with different individuals and cultures. Since your work affects decisions of others it is important that you are a meticulous and analytical person.
