Master Black Belt
Volvo Cars Body Components vision is to be recognized as the most competitive Western European production site for stamping and semi-assemblage of body components. 6-sigma and Continuous Improvements (CI) are cornerstones within Volvo Car Corporation and Volvo Cars Manufacturing System (VCMS). The Quality department is now looking for an inspiring and motivating person with high integrity. As a Master Black Belt (MBB) you will be responsible for teaching and developing technical and theoretical competence within 6-sigma and CI. You will be a part of the management team and act as an in-house consultant.
Job profile:
• Responsible for 6-sigma within the organisation
• Actively working with CI within the organisation by suggesting and planning different projects
• Guide Project Champions, Process owners and Black Belts in different projects
• Identify, plan and run 6-sigma projects
• Educate Project Champions, Green Belts and Black Belts
• Subject Matter Expert within CI
• Being active in the MBB network
Your profile:
• University degree or equivalent
• Black Belt (If you don't have MBB you will have the opportunity to obtain this)
• Experience from teaching Green Belt and 6-sigma
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
