About the job
As Marketing Manager you will lead the Marketing department with responsibility of the Elitfönster brand for the Swedish market, B2C and B2B. You will implement a customer-centric sales strategy into Marketing, based on Elitfönster communication platform, for all target groups in the Retail business areas. You work closely with Sales and Product management. Your base will be in Växjö and you will report to MD Elitfönster Consumer. You have a team with a handful of direct reports and your main responsibilities are;

• Leading both the day to day work and priorites within Marketing, as well as planning for long term achievement of goals
• Strategic and tactic responsibility for the Elitfönster brand in terms of communication, campaign planning and execution
• Responsible for media planning and strategic (above the line) as well as tactic in store communication - and everything in between (where Digital is main media)
• Drive the integrated Annual Marketing Plan for Elitfönster, which is the consolidated plan of promotion activities, training and education, events and marketing communication
• Responsible for the Marketing budget including ensuring an effective mix within all media channels (Earned, Payed, Owned)
• Proactively driving digital channels such as Facebook and Instagram and further develop the use of Digital in the communication
• Proactively use PR as key tool to gain earned media
• Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding Marketing and actively contribute to the customer account plans together with Sales Management and Product Management
• Follow up and measure the results of campaigns and activities to drive continuous development
• Plan sponsoring activitites within Elitfönster AB's sponsoring commitments



Who you are
The position requires a degree in business administration with a minimum of 3 year's professional management experience, preferably from retail within B2C. You have strong skills in- and experience from all relevant Marketing disciplines, including Retail and Trade Marketing, Digital, PR, Media, Sponsoring as well as Consumer Research. Project Management and proven experience in leading is qualifying.

We believe you have worked with Marketing where consumers are in focus, and where building great brands and consumer involvement have been reached with both traditional and innovative, cost efficient ways. You are familiar with how to build brands in a new landscape where social media, digital media and all there is in between are natural ingredients in the tool box. It is positive if you have worked in businesses with own production and hence, are familiar with product launches and the launch funnel process.

You are a driven and self-motivated manager as well as a team-player who deliver results and are ready to go the extra mile for your colleagues, partners and customers - and consumers. You have demonstrated leadership capabilities and know how to bring business and people together to create excellent and sustainable performance. You have an eye for details in combination with an analytical mind-set and great organizational skills. Furthermore, it is important that you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, since you will interact with a broad range of internal and external contacts. Acting with integrity, you easily build trust and commitment. Being used to working in a changing environment, where you have the possibility to be part of creating something new and make a difference, is important in your choice of where to make an impact next.
