In this role as Marketing Manager Home Care - CORE you will be responsible for the successful creation, implementation and management of our branded Core product segment and you will lead the Commercial Launch of our Core product experiences across our key brands AEG and Electrolux globally.
In close collaboration with the Core Business Unit team, the regional Product Lines, the 360 CX Brand, the Marketing Activation teams, as well as Sales, you will develop a competitive, consumer benefit focussed product communication platform and strong go-to-market plans that are relevant and appealing to consumers and clearly position our Core products vs. competition. You will ensure the timely delivery of the checkpoints milestones as well as brief and influence the development of the marketing campaigns and content production of all our product launches and commercial initiatives within the Core segment. In addition you will lead global marketing projects that support the competitiveness of our brands and products in the market.
As Marketing Manager Home Care Core, you will:
• Cooperate closely with the Core Business Unit team and ensure full alignment with the 360 CX Brand team to develop and implement a strong and differentiated branded communication platform supporting our Star products.
• Own marketing related product concept development activities enabling the development of relevant and compelling PACS.
• Drive the Commercial Launch process for all Core initiatives and lead the planning, tracking, and execution of commercial launch projects as well as initiatives.
• Manage the Product Marketing brief to touchpoint owners, content team, agencies, etc. and drive excitement and commitment.
• Participate and act as marketing's primary advocate and point of contact on cross-functional projects with PL and R&D.
• Ensure full alignment with PL Categories and R&D on execution through joint PDCL milestones.
• In cooperation with 360 CX Brand and Marketing Activations teams, initiate and shape relevant strategic partnerships to maximize the potential of telling our Wellbeing story around our Star products.
• Cooperate closely with the 360 CX Brand and Regional Marketing Activation teams to maximize the implementation of central plan and assets.
• Execute internal launches of key initiatives to drive understanding and excitement.
• Drive and support strategic and business critical projects, e.g. For the better, continuous improvement projects, etc.

Minimum requirements
• Preferred Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related
• 7+ years of experience in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)
• Able to network and navigate in a matrix organization; cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder's management is key to succeed in this role.
• Comfortable with and eager to drive change
• analytical skills and you can easily see the big picture
• Very good project management skills, able to plan and prioritize.
