Arbetsuppgifter
We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager for our Incontinence Care Division (TENA) with responsibility for Developing & Emerging Markets (D&E).

The global TENA brand is a world leader in Incontinence Care products and services, available in more than 100 countries. Sales exceed EUR 1 bn and the global market share is 25%. In Europe, UK & Ireland are some of the biggest markets for TENA, and the brand holds a strong number 1 position.

This position is responsible for effectively managing all prioritized D&E markets marketing activities, to ensure D&E markets growth and effective liaison between Category, Retail and the Region.

The position is located in Gothenburg and reports to the Regional Brand Director (with no direct reports, but strongly communication with all the D&E markets marketing directors and Innovation team managers).

• Coordinates jointly with the Master Brand & Communication team for brand visual identity and packaging image in D&E Markets implementation in the markets
• Aligns with the CGR 's team the Strategy and roadmap for Emerging Markets
• Drives the implementation of D&E Strategic Action Plan
• Responsible to secure best practice sharing and drive global possible synergies
• Support key D&E Markets identified in the strategic action plan
• Responsible to support and develop tools for the category understanding for the commercial/marketing teams (Training)
• Own the toolbox for innovation projects inside D&E markets
• Support the development of emerging markets shares
• Keep the market drivers, dynamics and trends updated
• Own the toolbox for marketing mix for each cluster
• Support in roll-outs and projects coordination
• Drive the TENA Academy in the emerging markets

Kompetens
• Marketing/business degree graduate
• 5-7 years' experience working in a marketing management role
• Brand building experience in Global brand management and if possible driving innovation projects
• Experience in local market managing P&L and commercialization
• Experience with market access Project Management
• Stakeholder management (internal and external)
• Assertive with good presentation skills

We are looking for someone who is makes the vision happen-to drive innovation to the emerging markets. You need to have a holistic thinking within marketing and cross functions. You have analytical skills with the capability to provide insights and strategy deployment. We believe that you communicate effectively and has the ability to make the complex, simple.

The person who will cover this position must have the flexibility to Travel 40/50% of his/her time as well as flexibility to work with different schedules according different time zones.
