Description
Do you have an interest in marketing communication and ready to take on an exciting challenge?
In this role, you will manage the company's products communications activities, defining the approach to positioning and promoting Tetra Pak's packaging products and supporting their effective deployment.
The role drives all marketing communications activities related to the products he/she has responsibility for, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are engaged in ways that influence, motivate and inspire, with a particular focus on Tetra Rex and Carton Bottle including Tetra Evero Aseptic.
You will provide active support to the M&PM Product managers and Product group directors, providing input and perspective on the product plans, its priorities and its evolution. As a member of the Marketing Communications team, you will engage fully in contributing to the achievement of the team goals and KPIs.
This role reports to the Director Marketing Communications, Packaging and is based in Lund, Sweden. This is a temporary position for 9 months.
Main responsibilities
• Defining and implementing a product communications strategy and actions that supports the effective positioning, promoting and deployment of the products he/she is in charge of; driving, coordinating and supporting this activity at both the corporate and Market Company levels
• Providing counsel and guidance to the M&PM team when required on products and portfolio communications-related matters, supporting them in defining key areas of focus and best selection of channels
• Driving Marketing Communications best-in-class discipline in terms of optimisation of channels
• Working closely with cluster teams to support the promotion of products, taking an active role in customer meetings when required
• When necessary, assessing the need and defining the scope of external resources, and effectively and efficiently managing this resource
• Being an active member of the Marketing Communications team, helping to build a united and highly professional function, and engaging fully in reaching goals and raising standards

To be successful in this position you must be a Business - and result oriented person with a high level of drive. Furthermore, you are analytical with the ability to anticipate future needs. The sought after candidate has a communications or marketing background with at preferably experience in communications or marketing positions.
An excellent command of English, both written and oral is required.
