Scirocco AB is headquartered in the heart of the wireless city, Stockholm-Kista, and is publicly traded.
We are now looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to be responsible for international sales in P R China and in Europe, and to be intermediate in relation with our main Chinese industrial partner. The responsibility also includes business decisions at meetings with customers and development of the company’s market position.
In this function you will report directly to our managing director.
You will also be responsible for marketing and sales activities in selected parts of Europe in coordination with other marketing and sales functions.
You will further take part in market planning, budgeting and follow up of market activities as well as analysis of and suggestions to additional/complimentary activities including to participate if applicable in seminars, exhibitions and other market activities carried out by the company.
The work shall include to provide market channel partners with support evaluation of prospects, co-visits to end-users and by providing technical and marketing literature, and to provide reports of market channel partners as to prospects, quotation and sales results and based on these provide consolidated forecasts on a monthly basis. It is also important that you can identify and train existing and new market channel partners, such training is to be done on business concepts, application areas, products and sales tools.
We require that you have significant business administration experience, including typically two years of strategic management consulting experience in Asia. You shall preferably also have international market/sales experience from a Swedish company with export sales of technical goods. You are fluent and skilled both in English and Mandarin.
