We are now looking for a dynamic leader with extensive business experience and a passion for customers, sales, channel partners and developing successful teams for our Swedish sales unit.
The location for this position is Fagersta, Sweden.
Job summary
Your main challenges are to increase our market share in the related areas and establish strong relationships with customers and channel partners to ensure we understand and act on market needs. You develop an open environment to support mobility and sharing within Sweden and the entire North-Europe region and lead the building of an agile and networking organization that has the capability for profitable growth. You ensure synergies and efficiency across the sales unit, across departments and across borders.
At the same time, you support our initiatives to adapt our business model to the changing market conditions. This includes developing the way we go to market, finding new ways to serve our customers.
You create an open communication and collaboration in your team by using the Seco leadership model and values to implement our strategies, while being an inspiring role model for an opportunity orientated sales force.
As a member of the North Europe team, you contribute to create a culture of cross-border sharing & supporting and are part of a team building the strategy of how to compete in challenging, fast changing markets.
In this position, you act within the regional structure of North Europe, and contribute to our global sales organization. You report to the VP Sales North Europe.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with international experience and a track record of running sales units, with the full responsibility for marketing and sales. You have a university degree relevant for the position and experience related to our industry is beneficial. As we operate in an international setting, your communication skills in English should be excellent.
We expect that you have a passion for being with customers and our sales teams across the country and we also value your methodical and analytical way of working, in combination with a strategic and quality-oriented mindset.
You are familiar with sales processes, setting motivational sales targets and are eager to deliver results through your teams. You are committed to use value-based selling and develop firm confidence in the value of our solutions in a highly competitive, mature market.
You are open-minded, opportunity-oriented and act with integrity when leading, developing and motivating people. You practice strong communication skills to build and maintain open and honest relationships with stakeholders. In addition, you are an excellent networker who enjoys acting in a setting where you are expected to balance regional and local aspects to contribute to regional and local success.
