Position Summary
We are looking for a colleague who would like to join our dynamic and goal oriented team. In this position you will be able to contribute to the development of Service Parts & Vehicle Adaptation (SP&VA) strategic projects portfolio, including organizational matters, and ensure that the strategic areas and investigations are carried out and implemented in relation with the Group Strategic Objectives. You will take the lead in SP&VA strategic projects in close collaboration with the Vice President SP&VA Purchasing.
In this position you will also play an active role to coordinate the SP&VA Management team activities and meetings.
You will be a member of the SP&VA Purchasing Management Team, reporting to the Vice President SP&VA Purchasing, GTP.
Key Responsibilities
• Secure planning, coordination and follow-up of the SP&VA management team's meeting, decisions and activities in a collaborative way
• Owns the SP&VA Purchasing Business plan animation and Continuous improvement process
• Plan, govern and secure the continuous improvement activities that support the said Business plan
• Plan, govern and secure prioritization and leadership of the SP&VA strategic projects and activities in full sync with SP&VA Leadership team
• Manage ad-hoc activities not falling under any other SP&VA Leadership team responsible area
• Be the main SP&VA interface in strategic subjects and networks when required, in particular in relation to GTP Business Office and Process & IT teams.
• Develop and maintain SP&VA sourcing processes in cooperation with SP&VA Directors and Process & IT teams

Qualifications
• The candidate we are looking for is a Leader and a true team player. You can easily and in a clear way communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including challenging ways of working to find more efficient solutions.
• You will be expected to mobilize and lead resources through networks. It will therefore be necessary with proficiency in English as well as excellent communication skills.
• Preferably you have a successful international experience and you are able to grasp, structure and address complex issues in a contructive way together with relevant stakeholders.
• You are extremely structured and with an ability of detailed planning and follow up.
• You have a deep and overall understanding of the Purchasing processes and at least 5 years of purchasing experience.
• You can demostrate strong continuous improvements skills.
• You have Project management skills.
• University degree, preferably in Engineering and/or Business Administration.
