Main purpose of the role

• Manage and drive the sales of Services and Solutions offer (Condition Monitoring, engineering projects, training, Maintenance Products etc.) in close cooperation with service delivery and Aftermarket/OEM sales.
• Increase focus on service sales and service offer development and thereby strengthen our total bearing sales on the Swedish market.

Key responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for achieving the Service & Solutions sales targets
• Be a part of setting up the strategy and road map for service sales and development.
• Drive and enable effective teamwork across departments within the delivery functions and sales organizations.
• Lead and coach the Service Sales team members to ensure a profitable business and take an active operational role in major sales activities.
• Proactively identifies project risk and puts contingency plans in place.
• Manage and drive an effective opportunity management process
• Develop service partnerships through distributors (CMP).
• Drive a proactive cooperation with central development teams and product centers, ie. Machine Health located in Sweden etc.
• Support an efficient EHS Environment, Health and Safety, work procedures. Supports a culture where EHS is important and natural part of daily work.

Knowledge and experience required

• University degree in engineering and/or business administration is preferred.
• Volition and drive to enable and develop service sales.
• Excellent leadership and social skills.
• Sales coaching skills.
• Ability to lead and contribute to strategic development work.
• Structured and good analytical skills.
• Good technical understanding of the customer needs in the market and SKF ability to fulfill those.
• Very good knowledge in Swedish and English is required

Specific experience

• Experience from leading teams.
• Documented track record and field experience from successful complex sales.
