Your role
As a manager for Release Management, you will be over all responsible for the unit in terms of budget, employee wellbeing, strategic development and resource and competence planning. You will be responsible for integration of several subsystems within the Surface products, Delivery Configuration Management as well as Continuous Integration.
You will have line manager responsibility for approximately 10 employees.
The main tasks are:

Cooperation and interactions with other organizations within Engineering and the Product Units
Your profile

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
The unit Release Management within the department Signal and Data Processing Applications at Engineering, Radar Solutions is now looking for a driven manager. The unit works in a team based environment with agile ways of working. The team consists of about 15 skilled employees.
You will also be part of Signal and Data Processing Applications Leadership Team. The leadership team works closely together and members contribute with their individual experiences and strengths. Together we are creating an engaging, including work environment and work towards our vision to strengthen our employees, and increase the level of self-governance in our teams.
At the department for Signal and Data Processing Applications we are responsible for software application development for signal and data processing units in all our radar products. This includes system design, implementation, integration and verification.
We are around 140 employees in the department, all located in Gothenburg.
