Do you have what it takes to lead our Scandinavian Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services Project Management team?
We are looking for you who wants the challenge to lead the Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services Project Management, where you have overall responsibility to ensure successful project deliveries to our EMEA customers from our Scandinavian project management team.
Your main task is to maintain and ensure excellence in project management and oversee that our projects are delivered in compliance with agreed cost, schedule, quality targets and Valmet guidelines, meeting and even exceeding the customer expectations. Developing the project management procedures, and enforcing financial mindset, HSE and quality in project management also belong to your tasks.
The portfolio you are managing includes improvement project, field service project and agreement deliveries from Scandinavian project management team to our Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services customers in Scandinavian market but also to other EMEA locations. Typically the deliveries are modernization or maintenance projects to recovery and power boilers, evaporators, white liquor plant and air emission control systems. The project values are normally between 0,1 and 5 M euro. The team you will lead includes project coordinators, project and agreement managers.

First of all, you have excellent project management skills and you have gained valuable experience in both leadership and management within pulp & paper or energy industry.

As a person you are passionate to deliver the best results. You are solution-oriented, have a strategic perspective and good planning skills.
With your good communication and interpersonal skills, you build and keep up good relationships with both external and internal clients. Good command of both Swedish and English language is essential in this position. Other languages can be an advantage.
Requirements:
Technical understanding of the Pulp & Paper and/or the Power & Heat industry
Financial mindset and knowledge, contract and claim management skills
Demonstrated track record of people management, leadership, and coaching skills
Experience in leading project management units/organizations or operations and/or P&L responsibility
Ability to network, build relationships internally and externally, able to create trust and orchestrate resources
Strong commercial acumen and ability to quickly grasp business drivers, forecast and do financial planning and estimation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Sweden & English, both written and oral, other languages are an asset
M.Sc., B.Sc., BBA or equivalent
