We are looking for a driven and experienced Manager for our Telesales & Door Sales team to join our Customer Service & OTS department within Consumer Division. You will be a leading player in our ambitions of making Telesales & Door sales fundamental sales channels in Telenor!

What you will do

As Manager for our Telesales & Door Sales team, you will be responsible for operations in Telesales & Door Sales. You will ensure that our team is performing according to our sales targets and that our work is in line Telenor's high ambitions of best-in-class customer experience.

You will be leading a team of five highly qualified team members with various responsibilities within Telesales & Door Sales. You work closely with our Partners to make sure that they have the conditions and activities in place to reach Telenor's strategic targets and you continuously evaluate our partner setup to make sure that we have what it takes to deliver on our targets. You will be a part of Customer Service & OTS Management Team.

Your key responsibilities
* Responsible for business KPI's for Telesales & Door Sales; sales, customer experience/NPS, regrets and churn
* Continuously evaluate partners setup to align with goals and ambitions
* Lead the way by being a role model and push the team in building a strong Telenor culture in customer front
* Be the face of Telesales & Door Sales internally in Telenor, promoting and storytelling about Telesales & Door Sales

Who you are

We believe that you are a person with a big passion for sales and in creating long-term relations, both internally and externally. You have an analytical mindset and proven leadership experience within Sales or similar. You have the ability of develop organizations with a strong sales and results culture. Your work is characterized by a data-driven approach in combination with an ability to see connections and understand the overall impact on the channel. As we work in a challenging environment with a high tempo, you need to be a flexible and unpretentious team player with a positive attitude.

Your experiences
* 3+ years of leadership experience in Sales enviroments
* University degree in Economics, Engineer or similar is meriting
* Telesales or Door Sales experience is meriting
