We are looking for a Manager of PM Team, at Security Products in Solna/Stockholm, Sweden.
What are my responsibilities?
Your main responsibility will be to drive the CCTV product portfolio in support of the business strategy of Security Products and to manage the CCTV PM team based in Karlsruhe.
You are expected to develop a successful product portfolio strategy by analyzing and evaluating the market requirements and competition as well as full Product Lifecycle Management. The role also includes close cooperation with Intrusion and Access Control product areas and you will also negotiate with external product suppliers. As a Manager of the PM Team you are responsible for the results and to meet the set budget. You will have 2-3 direct reports that you will support and drive. Further you will take decisions to make the portfolio attractive, competitive and successful.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
You have a University degree in engineering and/or business management. You hold expert knowledge in Portfolio/Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management as well as the security products industry with focus on CCTV.
It is preferred that you have experience from developing external supplier relationship as well as experience from working in an entrepreneurial environment. The job requires solid knowledge in English, if you manage German it is a merit.
We are looking for you who are customer focused and result oriented. You are a fine communicator with strong capabilities in creating relationships as well as a personal drive to be able to take initiatives. Further, you enhold fine team building skills and are interested in the development of your team and the portfolio. Ability to think strategic and act long-term is also a capability we are looking for.
The job requires travelling, so you should be open to intercultural businesses.
