hela Sverige Are you experienced within IT Operations, have prior management experience and are a person who likes changes, sees opportunities and takes action on those? UC is in an expansive phase and on the way to be Nordic service provider together with Finnish Suomen Asiakastieto. We are looking for you who wants to be a part in building our Nordic organization and IT delivery in the role as Manager for IT Operations Sweden.
What will you do?
As manager for IT Operations you will be responsible for top-quality IT operation service to customers and internal users. Also development of services, solutions and practices with the team and stakeholders is essential for the future success.
You will lead Operations team, which consists of seven area specific managers whom you will be the direct manager over. One focus during the upcoming year will be to build a strong team, both by focusing on the existing team and also through recruitment. Other IT units and colleagues in Finland team as well as vendors and business units are main co-operation parties.
As Manager IT Operations in Sweden your mission will be to lead the Operations Team and together with the organization and suppliers ensure that the demand for system support is provided and delivered as top-quality IT Operation services to our customers and internal users.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Management of IT Operations team in Sweden
- Development of IT Operational solutions on technical and practices level
- Overall responsibility for IT Operation such as SLAs, processes, technical maintenance, vendor management and IT security
- Financial planning, follow up and cost-efficiency
The Manager IT Operations Sweden reports to Head of IT Operations.
Who are you?
To succeed in your role as Manager IT Operations we believe that you have several years experience within the IT Operations area and as a manager with HR responsibility. You also need to be structured, solution-oriented and have the inner drive to fruther development.
