Description
Are you a driven, analytical and process oriented leader with excellent communication skills?
Supply Chain Organisation is looking for a leader who will work in a high-speed international network and environment. You will enter into a global role and work closely with all our Clusters, driving global alignment and coordination.
This position will be based in Lund and have several direct reports.
Main responsibilities
• Global strategy and implementation of global projects to develop Integrated logistics for Packaging Material and Additional Material into a world class function
• Global Process Driver OFPM Logistics Process. Drive improvement of logistics process, tools and KPIs
• Global Logistics cost reduction, monitor performance and drive global deployment, analysis and action plans to achieve targets
• Lead the global Logistics network. Ensure alignment across the Clusters on the strategy and execution of key project in logistics area.
• Responsible for a small team based in Lund
• Member of WCM Supply Chain Master Pillar
Qualifications
You use your excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner.
You have a university background and proven experience in the logistics field. You find it easy to work in a multicultural environment.
You have a strong drive for results and processes with hands on experience of executing changes in a global environment.
You have deep WCM knowledge and like to make a difference.
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated and flexible with a analytical mindset.
