SW are on behalf of our client, currently searching for a manager with high technical knowledge to lead the IP & Colocation team within Customer Care. Our client's goal is to provide the best customer care in the global carrier market and as of today they have received awards for best customer service.
Customer Care is the Single point of contact 24/7 for all customer queries regarding service/faults, delivery, billing, sales. The Team own and drive customer issues to resolution and constantly communicate with customers during on-going cases. Customer Care is business and customer focused, not problem oriented. Customer care consists of three teams specialized in different customer and product segments. The team is truly multi cultured with 28 people with 17 nationalities and speak 25 different languages.
Job Description
As manager you run the daily operation of the Customer Care IP & Colocation team to ensure consistent delivery of First Class customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. The team is handling all customer queries regarding IP related products like our IP-transit, VPN, GRX, Colocation and managed data services.
Customer Care needs to continue develop in line with our clients communication strategy were Quality is their position and Customer experience is their differentiator. In an ever changing market you will cooperate with Product management and Sales to ensure that the team is always prepared for new challenges.Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating and enforcing job expectations, company policies and security policies and procedures.
Other tasks in the position will be to:
• Participate and/or closely follow product projects that will influence the way of working.
• Ensure that all team members are fully aware of and execute according to strategy, mission and vision.
• Manage all activities related to the Customer Care IP & Colocation team
• Establish plans and execute them to continuously enhance and develop Customer Care  to secure superior Customer service
• Initiate and drive operational improvements in the Service Assurance process.
You are:
As a person you are business and result driven individual with high technical knowledge. You are an energetic person who is able to maintain focus on long term result and transmit a positive attitude and approach in a sometimes chaotic environment. You need to be extrovert, build strong human relations within the organization and be result oriented. You understand the underlying drivers of the Carrier market and our products and can translate them into world class customer service. It is important that you are a team player and have a willingness to work closely with other functions and with external partners to ensure the successful of often complex services.
Education and experience
• University degree, preferably within Telecommunications, Network and Computer Engineering. 
• Experience from a management position
 If you have Experience from the telecom industry and working With Managed Data Services/ PaaS it is meriting.
Language skills
Since you will work with international clients and colleges from all over the world you need to be fluent in English both written and spoken (near native speaking). Other languages are meriting.
