We are looking for a Manager for Customer Service Payments to join the CS management team. Are you ready to be a part of a challenging, exciting and rewarding journey? Then you should apply to this job.

Your task is to lead the CS Payment team of 25-30 employees to continue to ensure high standard in our daily operations as well as continuously develop the team and way of working to increase efficiency and consumer experience. As a process owner you will have an end-to-end responsibility for the process, regardless if it is performed in-house or with our outsourcing partner. You will be a part of my management team, play a central part in my organization and have a great deal of responsibility, but also freedom to act in your daily work.

More specifically your main work tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Deliver customer service with high consumer satisfaction
• Develop the organization and the individuals into a high performing team
• Work with process improvements, automations and right shoring of service delivery
• Contribute to the development of the management team in Customer Service
• General managerial responsibilities such as budgeting, recruitment, organizational sizing etc

Required personal characteristics to be successful:
• Leadership: Proven track record from people management and leadership style characterized by integrity, empathy and involvement
• Organized: Manage and effectively prioritizes multiple simultaneous work streams
• Perspective: Focuses on the big picture when it's appropriate and dives deep into the details when it's appropriate
• Business Acumen: Capable of understanding the business perspectives and what's add value from a consumer point of view
• Problem Solving: Identifies root causes of problems, and facilitates development of creative solutions
