hela Sverige In your role as manager of Business Controlling (BC) you are responsible for the following:
• follow up and report on business unit performance including asset management based on the defined KPI
• coordinate monthly closing, budget and forecast processes within the business unit
• support to Business Administrators in functional segments
• lead and develop a group of controllers (8-10 FTE)
• development of a working environment where employees (BC) share experiences (knowledge and backup)
• create and implement efficient and harmonized processes in line with the BU requirements
• ensure an efficient communication between the functional segments, BC teams and business controlling at our service organization
• coordination of controlling issues for SIT AB and support the external audits
• Experience from similar work (approx 5 years or more) favorably in an international company.
• University education in relevant area
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English (verbally and writing) to manage all the internal and external contacts.
• You have knowledge in regards to accounting (IFRS).
• You are structured, efficient and a natural team player. You have good organizational skills and put the customer in focus. To be successful in this role you need high capabilities in analytics.
