For the IoT and Energy Management department, part of Vattenfall IT Transformation and Corporate IT, we are now looking for a Manager to our new IOT Cloud unit.
What we offer
The IOT Cloud tribe is a new unit within IoT & Energy Management. The tribe will provide black belt skills within the ITEM platform with focus on IOT Cloud ingestion, telemetry storage and asset analytics like alarms, machine learning and dash boards. The tribe will consist of both Vattenfall employees and consultants with medium to long-term engagement. We offer the possibility to play a part in shaping the future of Vattenfall by building a new tribe unit in Vattenfall IT.

Work with great people in an exciting and rapidly evolving technological field in IOT and algorithms
Make a significant impact to Vattenfall's digitalization journey across all BAs
Your main responsibilities as Manager
Manage the cloud tribe consisting of highly skilled cloud engineers and IT developers
Ensure that the tribe has the right people and skills, through a combination of hiring, consultant sourcing, onboarding and personal development
Effectively staff projects and agile teams in Vattenfall IT that have a need for IOT Cloud experts
Further develop the maturity of the ITEM team by setting up the new Edge and IoT Cloud teams
Effectively assume the product owner role in agile teams within the ITEM collaboration, e.g. the Edge and Cloud agile teams
Lead waterfall IoT and Energy Management projects with high complexity
Be part of the ITEM product owner management team, thus contribute to overall strategic direction, portfolio planning and business development
Your qualifications as Manager
Minimum of 3 years' experience of digital project management with successful track record
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build and lead teams consisting of experts
Academic degree in business administration or engineering
A "can-do" attitude and a demonstrated ability to see solutions to complex problems
