We are now looking for a Manager - ESPI & Special Tools Operations for the department of Product Lifecycle Engineering.
Description
The EPSI & Special Tools Operations that you will manage is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization. The overall responsibilities of the department Product Lifecycle Engineering are to formulate requirements, influence design, develop diagnostics and technical information as well as deliver or publish the information to customers. To develop, produce and deliver special tools is also within our responsibilities. Our customers are both internal and external, during the vehicles complete lifecycle until scrapping.
The role as Manager EPSI & Special Tools Operations involves:
• Driving and take a full responsibility of managing and planning the authored deliverables to internal and external customer's through-out the vehicles complete lifecycle
• Develop processes and maintain routines for our electronic parts and service information (EPSI) and special tools operations
• Define, maintain and continuously improve engineering and product development processes, guidelines and methodologies in the area of complete lifecycle
We are looking for someone who has:
• University Education in Business Management or equivalent experience
• Management experience or relevant experience, at least 3 years
• Extensive experience from customer relations
• Used to manage assignment by yourself in both sustainable and agile environments and be able to take business decisions on a daily basis
• Used to handle multiple tasks at the same time and always deliver on time
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written

• Have developed social skills since the work includes contacts with all levels within the company, customers, and suppliers in a multi-cultural environment
