The Management Trainee Programme at MTG, also known as the LUMA programme, is a very demanding but rewarding 12-month management trainee position that will prepare you for a great career in one of the most dynamic media groups in the world. We won't ask you to achieve the impossible, but we would like you to see possibilities. In simple terms, it comes down to attitude combined with talent. The former often beats the latter, but together they form a combination that will help you open up doors you didn't know existed. The workload will be demanding with the tasks varying from monotonous to intellectually challenging. You will receive a unique and exceptionally speedy training that will prepare you for an extraordinary career journey. The LUMA Management Trainee programme at MTG gives the successful applicant the opportunity for an extremely exciting career - the goal is a management position within MTG. Working closely with senior management on different projects, in various areas of the business and in different teams, you will learn a huge amount. You will work on small tasks, as well as complex projects during your trainee year.
