To support us on our growth journey, where a functioning management system is one of the keys to success, Allgon is looking to recruit an experienced Management System Specialist in Gothenburg.
In this role you will provide management system expertise to the organization globally in line with the required industry standards & to ensure compliance towards international ISO 9001 standardsand ISO 14001 specific requirements. You will support the preparation and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, lead gap analysis and activities to implement improvements.
You will be a part of our Product Compliance & QESG Team. Our team today consists of three wonderful colleagues, each with different expertise in e.g environmental legislation and sustainability. We work closely together but with dedicated tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Actively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Allgon's Group management system.
Ensure that the management system meets the applicable requirements of the current standard for quality and environmental management systems.
Support in development and follow-up of the applicable targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and report to top management.
Perform internal audits and participate in external audits.
Closely support process owners to further develop and improve their processes, documenting new and keeping existing processes updated.
Monitor and track the implementation of corrective and preventive actions resulting from audits.
Create training material and train management team, process owners and employees on quality system procedures.
Raise awareness of the importance of management systems throughout the organization.
Interact with internal and external partners for development of best practices in our quality systems and procedures.
Who are you?
We believe you are a responsible, communicative and action- oriented person who thrives when working with Management Systems. You have experience working in a similar role and probably feel attracted by the opportunity to work in a global context. You also have the ability to get people on board and be able to explain complex information in a simple and understandable way. Preferably you have experience of working with manufacturing companies and products and feel comfortable providing support and assistance to colleagues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in quality and environmental management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of work experience as a Management System Specialist or similar role.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other quality standards.
Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO/TS16949 or other industry standards is advantageous.
Experience in implementing quality management systems.
Experience in customer and regulatory audits/inspections.
Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts for quality assurance.
Fluent in English and Swedish language
