Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated person to join our team and assist in renting out properties to prospective tenants. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in real estate brokerage, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results for clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to determine rental rates and market trends
Develop marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including online listings, advertising, and networking
Coordinate property showings and conduct tours for prospective tenants
Screen potential tenants, including conducting background checks and verifying rental history
Negotiate lease terms and prepare rental agreements in compliance with local regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants throughout the rental process
Collaborate with colleagues and other real estate professionals to maximize opportunities and optimize outcomes
Requirements:
Active real estate broker license in [Specify state/province]
Proven experience in real estate brokerage, with a focus on rental properties
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends, rental regulations, and landlord-tenant laws
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in relevant technology and software, including MLS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Customer-centric mindset and dedication to delivering superior service to clients
