Responsibilities
To make middle and long term tactics and measurements (technology supports, client trainings, spare parts service and so on) of Maintenance Department. To construct the platform of technology support, trainings and spare parts management; cultivate experts in technology support, trainings and spare parts management. To solve the problems of the equipment and clients; defend and avoid the risks.
To communicate with the top clients and grasp the service requirements of the clients.
Qualifications
Tele-communication experience more than 8 years which contains management experience more than 3 years. Possessing high level skills of product technology and network technology. Comprehending, grasping and meeting clients’ requirements exactly, communicating and discussing the product technology, network optimizing, and business operation in all aspects with the clients and proposing constructive suggestions. Being familiar with the business programming, work group management, performance management, qualification management, business flow management , project management etc. Good communicating skills; good organizing, processing and public relation understanding abilities;
