hela Sverige Working as part of the Regional Back Office the role will encompass the detailed planning of maintenance activities in the region with the aim to provide detailed plans allowing the operational teams and sub-contractors to work efficiently. The role will also be responsible for the scheduling of the commissioning teams in the region to ensure that the commissioning activities are scheduled in line with the demand and in conjunction with the central planning activities.
Key accountabilities
• Responsible for long term planning of all planned maintenance
• Planning statutory inspections in line with contractual requirements
• Planning maintenance of elevators in all wind turbines under maintenance contract
• Planning implementation for top Service Notifications in the region
• Responsible for efficient scheduling of commissioning teams across the region in cooperation with Global Commissioning
• Develop and regularly update capacity plans to ensure that sufficient resources are available to efficiently execute planned maintenances
• Create annual and regularly updated sub-contractor requirements
• Plan supplier end of warranty inspections to ensure main component claims toward suppliers are made in time
• Track maintenance completion and other KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure the management is informed of performance and potential issues
Other tasks
• Supporting other parts of the business during holidays etc.
• General support to service operations
Career / Job experience
• Minimum 3 years work experience in planning/coordination roles
• Experience in working with remote teams
Education and qualification
• Formal qualification in Technical Services (e.g. bachelor 's degree)
• Relevant industry recognized training in Service Scheduling
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Computer literate, SAP and Microsoft products and planning tools
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Knowledge of Swedish language is a plus

• Very good analytical skills
• Systematic work approach and good problem solving skills
