UPS is now looking for a Payroll, compensation & benefit specialist at the UPS Nordic head office in Järfälla.

This position is part of the payroll group which is a function within Finance & Accounting. Tasks include Swedish salary processing and controlling, monthly audits and preparing of payroll journals. At times working pace can be rather high, requiring multitasking skills.Tasks also included are Nordic bonus calculation, coordinate expatriates, assisting with self audits, and various ad hoc reporting as well as being the contact person for all Denmark and Norway payroll related questions.

Your qualifications:

Skill requirements:

• Previous payroll experience is a must
• Experience in Hogia
• University degree is advantageous
• Very good computer skills
• A good sense of figures
• Structured and with power of initiative
• Good at problem solving
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is essential
