Join us as a Logistics Planner and take on a key role in driving efficient production planning while ensuring high delivery service levels to our customers. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Key Accounts to align supply chain flows with business needs, streamline operations, and contribute to continuous improvement across planning and execution.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules across assembly lines to ensure efficient and timely output.
• Balance supply chain and factory constraints, optimizing stock levels, distribution flows, and overall efficiency.
• Develop and execute production plans that support changes in product range, logistics, and business needs.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and key stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and align planning strategies.
• Act as a central liaison across departments, ensuring smooth coordination and communication during cross-functional projects.
• Identify and resolve critical issues by analyzing root causes and defining actionable solutions with stakeholders.
• Communicate plans and updates clearly and effectively to various audiences, ensuring engagement and alignment.
• Uphold professionalism, teamwork, and ethical standards in line with corporate guidelines.
WE THINK YOU'LL THRIVE IF YOU
• Higher education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in planning or supply chain roles, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
