To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a Logistics & Distribution Executive who will report to our Logistics & Distribution Supervisor Nordics.

In our Logistics & Distribution Team we have the mission to handle the entire fulfilment flow to market and the distribution to its customers and consumers in order to fulfil internal and external customers' expectations and align with all laws and regulations. We contribute to building an outstanding consumer experience of our multi category product portfolio by guaranteeing the adequate product availability across multi distribution channels demonstrating on modern and new solutions to reach outstanding levels.
As L&D Executive, you will drive all outbound activities from LSP (Logistics Service Provider) towards consumers. You will collaborate closely with key counterparts both locally and internationally maintaining the focus on your customers. Additionally, you will collaborate in future shaping projects both at a local and EU level.
Your day to day:
• Supervising the shipments from factory to LSP (Logistics Service Provider) for the Nordic markets.
• Managing the customer and B2C forward orders & its deliveries and reverse flows; guaranteeing a cost efficient and timely fulfilment and reverse process to market and its customers/consumers.
• Managing relationship with LSP's, contracts conditions, ensuring compliance with audit & internal billing guidelines, & participating of tender processes with Procurement.
• Regular monitoring of Track and Trace reporting and compliance.
• Looking for process improvements, productivities, and sustainability initiatives.
• Customer's partnership activities such as analysing order pattern & improving the return process.
• Develop procedures for logistics processes such as stock counts & destructions
• Shape the logistics landscape to deliver our transformation towards a smoke-free future
Who we 're looking for:
• +2 years of experience in the field of supply chain in an internationally operating (FMCG) company.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about the Logistics, Sales & Distribution environment.
• Sophisticated knowledge of MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Proficient in English and have good general interpersonal skills, knowledge of a Nordic language would be a plus.
