Wrigley Scandinavia is now looking for an experienced IBM & Logistic Manager to join our office in Stockholm, Kista. The incumbent is responsible for managing and supervising all activities within FTS and OTC processes and is the IBM lean for the Scandinavian Organization. IBM is our sales planning process. The Nordic Region includes 2 legal entities (Sweden and Norway) and 6 different markets (Finland, Iceland, Denmark and ITR are export markets out of Sweden). The incumbent reports directly to the Finance Director and will work very closely with the Nordic Leadership Team.
This role gives the incumbent exposure to the whole Nordic Region Organization and due to the complexity of the business, The IBM & Logistic Manager has a very critical role that requires certain seniority and previous experience.
Key responsibilities . S&OP+ champion and IBM Lead . Facilitator for the planning process . DC planner Accountable for leading the development and deployment of S&OP+ process within the Nordics and driving interdependencies across the business across portfolio, demand, supply and financial management . Accountable for developing and implementing the Nordic E2E Logistics strategy and achieve superior supply and demand operational targets including logistics costs, service & stock levels.
Accountable for developing and leveraging our customer supply relationships . Accountable for the coordination and facilitation of product and portfolio management & rolling 2 year demand plan. . Accountable for the preparation of the Management Business Review (MBR). . Accountable for local external re-packing to support demand promotional plans . Manage administration of goods physical handling. . Responsible for stock levels, replenishment and customer service. . Supervise for Accounts receivables
The following experience, skills and competencies are essential to succeed in this role: . Minimum five years business experience in logistics area . Strong numerical and analytical skills . Profound time management skills and ability to prioritize . Effective communicator; excellent oral and written communication skills in English . Profound knowledge of S&OP concepts, supply chain processes and replenishment systems . Use to drive planning processes.
