A licensing specialist within Lexmark enjoys to work with administration and is responsible for handling all license related matters. This is a key function in the revenue driven process and we are looking for someone who is accurate, service-oriented and has some technical skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Create and distribute all sorts of license keys for any Lexmark owned product in line with internal defined timelines
• Order and deliver third party license products
• Troubleshoot customer licensing issues in cooperation with the support team and/or sales
• Create and administer training and process documentation for the licensing teams
• Work with sales support on any technical license information required in relation to upcoming deals
• Consult with other teams regarding the impact that product, system, and sales changes have on licensing and document all necessary information for internal purposes
ABOUT YOU:
Requirements:
• Really enjoy working with administration
• English skills (both verbal and written)
• A quick learner who is open for changes
• Service-oriented, both in contact with customers and colleagues
• Positive attitude and like working in an internal environment
Additional:
• Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Microsoft Dynamics AX, SAP, SalesForce experience of advantage
• Ideally previous experience in licensing / order management
