The Dentsply Sirona team is looking for a driven Legal Counsel to work globally with a wide range of legal issues. The position is based in Gothenburg.
About the position
As Legal Counsel at Dentsply Sirona, you will work globally with legal matters in many legal areas. Your key responsibilities will be:
* Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
* Proactively support the business on legal and compliance matters.
* Manage and advise on dispute resolutions and litigations.
* Provide legal advice on competition law, international trade, M&A, export control and other areas of law.
* Select and supervise outside counsel to provide support on more complex legal and business issues.
In this role, you will work closely with business managers at different levels and in all business areas, including the company 's sales organization. You will be part of Dentsply Sirona 's Corporate Legal Department and report to the Senior Associate General Counsel, who is also based in Gothenburg. You will provide legal counsel to one or more of Dentsply Sirona 's eleven business units or to its regional sales organizations, with particular focus on the two business units Dentsply Sirona Implants and Wellspect HealthCare.
Who you are
We think you are motivated by challenging and complicated tasks, which often involve many jurisdictions and stakeholders within the company. You should have high integrity and enjoy working together with highly skilled and committed colleagues where every day makes a difference.
We believe you have;
* Master in Law/LL.M. from an accredited law school.
* At least 3 years of professional experience, either from a law firm or as an in-house counsel.
* Experience from drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, and a broad understanding of various legal areas.
* An accurate, responsible and structured way of working and able to work independently.
* An outgoing personality with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with many ongoing projects simultaneously.
* Fluent in English, both written and oral. German language skills is an advantage.
