hela Sverige Do you want to be part of an exciting technology company with an entrepreneurial spirit and high commitment? We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented lawyer, who wants to be part of our legal team located in Stockholm.
Your role
As Legal Counsel with us, you will be an important part of the company. You will join our legal team and report directly to the Chief Legal Officer. In this very demanding role, you will not lack for challenges and you will have every opportunity to develop by working broadly in business law.
In the role you will:
Provide business-law advice with a focus on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Among other things, license agreements and various types of cooperation agreements.
Work closely with all our different departments and participate actively in the business.
Have many contacts, both within the company and externally.
Work in an international environment.
Your profile
You have a law degree with 1-4 years of experience in qualified legal work at a law firm or international company, as well as experience in writing and negotiating commercial agreements. We assume that your knowledge of Swedish and English is excellent in speech and in writing.
It's also an advantage if you have knowledge of:
Information technology law.
Intellectual property rights.
EU and competition law.
As a person, you are results-oriented with a strong drive and clear initiative. You have an eye for detail and you enjoy creating and developing structures that make your own as well as the organization's work more efficient. With a critical mindset and the necessary drive to succeed, you are not afraid of a challenge.
