We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Gothenburg. We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel who would like to work within a fast-paced organization. In this role, you will join a dynamic team who focus on creative and proactive legal guidance in a company with a clear vision and high ambitions. You will play an important role in by supporting in the growing and expansion of the Aurobay. You will have the opportunity to influence the way we work, and the legal processes and you will be part of an extensive group of companies in a dynamic environment within the Aurobay Group.

What you'll do
As a Legal Counsel you will provide legal guidance and support in all kinds of matters - complex as well as non-complex - to all different functions at all levels at our company from Procurement and Sales and Marketing departments to the R&D and Quality and Sustainability departments. You will support the functions in all company related matters. Your support includes drafting and reviewing of all types of contracts and legal documents, negotiation, legal research and advice, risk assessments, legal training and IP-related issues. You will also together with the legal team continuously improve the legal processes and contribute to the development of standardization the legal work within Aurobay. You will report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance, but you will handle legal matters independently and with full responsibility. Aurobay has a global footprint, and you will be interacting and collaborating with a diverse and international team of colleagues in all areas of the business. You will be located at our headquarter at Uni3 in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a Master of Laws with 3 to 5 years of experience as a lawyer at a law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel handling various company related legal matters. To be successful in this position you are a generalist with a broad experience within commercial law. You are used to handle matters independently and you have a problem-solving and business-oriented mind-set with an experience of reviewing, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial agreements. You need to be a result-oriented, a self-starter and a team player, and you need to be able to translate complex legal matters into useful business actions. You need to like communication, and preferably you are a curious person with high integrity and loyalty. You are a self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You have positive attitude and want to be a part of the journey to build Aurobay. You will be part of an international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.
