We are now looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our Learning & Development agenda and coordinating our new Graduate Programme. This role offers a mix of structure, communication and stakeholder collaboration - where you help turn strategy into action and ensure clear communication.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Graduate Programme Coordination
• Coordinate all phases of the Graduate Programme lifecycle
• Write, produce and communicate content related to the Graduate Programme and coordinate updates in relevant platforms
• Collect feedback from graduates and stakeholders to support programme evaluation
• Ensure delivery in line with KPIs and the people strategy
Learning & Development Coordination
• Managing registrations, attendance and learning data
• Keeping documentation, processes and materials updated
• Supporting LMS updates
• Preparing and following up on learning sessions and programmes
• Acting as first point of contact for questions related to learning
• Coordinating invitations, communications and updates across channels
• Supporting preparation of reports, dashboards and status updates
• Supporting evaluations and follow-up actions
• Using AI tools to create smarter and more efficient ways of working

Qualifications:
• A degree in HR, Communications or a related field
• Experience within HR operations, communications, or an administrative/coordination role
• Strong communication and content creation skills
• Experience participating in or leading projects
• Experience using AI tools in your work to improve efficiency
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
