This is how you could make an impact
If you join our team, you have the possibility to work with passionate people and influence our products, while developing the way we work in an exciting industry with the mission to create desirable transport solutions. In the role as Lead Solution Architect you will be responsible for the overall system solution in one of our customer applications. In practice, this entails e.g. system design architecture as well as ensuring consistent modular design, testing and integration of system components both in terms of software and hardware. Or in other words, taking ownership of realizing a desirable customer solution from the early specification and development phases throughout the maintenance and quality phases during customer operation!
Does this seem like a daunting mission? Do not worry, as Lead Solution Architect in V.A.S. Technology you will cooperate closely with domain architects and teams from other V.A.S. technology areas to share extensive product knowledge to successfully launch desirable transport solutions for our customers.
Who are you?
To succeed with your mission, we believe you have good leadership and communication skills since this opportunity is about collaborative teamwork. For us this means that you should be good listener, fluent in English, and that it is easy for you to connect with other people. We also believe a key quality for this role is a solution orientated and positive spirit with a desire to improve status-quo. As you will be working with new technology in a holistic customer centric perspective, it is preferable that you have several years of broad experience in system design for software and hardware architectures, perhaps in a DevOps oriented domain. In addition, experiences from product development of autonomous vehicles, advanced driver assistance functions, safety critical systems and/or autonomous solutions are seen as beneficiary for this role.
