hela Sverige The Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) owns and develops the infrastructure needed for the Electrolux Connectivity Platform (ECP) and supporting services. The Lead SRE is also responsible for making sure the services included in the ECP platform have the characteristics and qualities needed for the intended use.
To secure the right operational maturity of our platform the Lead SRE needs to have a close collaboration with all producers of services that run in the production environment. The Lead SRE is responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning.
Core responsibilities:
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services-from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
• Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
