About the role
In your role as a Feature Validation Engineer, you will set feature requirements, develop test methods and create knowledge about our products and customers. You will secure the verification and validation of our products for active safety and automation systems of our vehicles in projects.
Your work will be close to the trucks, close to the end customer and in close cooperation with our colleagues all over the world. Evidently, the versatile and challenging nature of the work requires a flexible mindset, something that we find very valuable.
Assignment Description
As a Lead Feature Validation Engineer, you will lead, order and also perform tests on the vehicles' active safety and automation systems and then analyze and report the results. Part of the mission is to develop test methods and simulations methods within this area in order to continuously improve our knowledge on the feature scope.

Who are you?
We believe that the right person for this position has an interest in the automotive industry and has a curiosity and passion for working with heavy duty trucks. Your role as a test engineer of Active Safety requires you to understand and drive the end customer needs towards the products. Your final goal is customer success!
Required competencies:
M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
Proficiency in English

Experience from automotive development
