We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic customer support and administration lead to join our fast-growing team.
This position has a strong emphasis on providing a friendly and well-informed customer service experience to international clients. The candidate will be required to assist the team to drive sales figures and market share across the product range. Additionally, administrative support will be required as needed in the areas of health and safety and procedure writing.
Activities Involved
• Serving customers with a wide range of enquiries & requests.
• Handling phone & email enquires and fielding requests to the appropriate person in English and Swedish on occasion.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Work place standard operating procedure development and execution
• Develop and ensure adherence to the health, safety and environmental management system in line with International Standard 45001.
Skills Required
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience with developing health, safety and environmental management systems, including familiarity with ISO 45001.
• Qualifications in Health and Safety and Training and Development.
• Ability and experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures for business critical activities.
• Exceptional communication skills including face-to-face interaction in English.
• Familiarity with mobile plant and equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Solution based approach.
• Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of all types of equipment & consumables and how they are used.
• Computer proficient with the ability to learn new systems and operating procedures-
• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations.
• Drivers Licence.
