The aim of the project is to migrate from XP to Windows 7 and office 2010-
The project is in pilot phase and in start up of mass deployment.
The task of the resource is to support the project management in the operational day to day work and to support the Site Coordinators spread all over the world.
Job description:
• Follow up on work performed by the supplier (HP)based on the communication plan and time plan for migration.
• Communicate with HP, Site Coordinators and our customer end user and participate in project meetings.
• Answer questions regarding the roll-out.
• Have control over and drive that our customer delivers what is demanded in the project as well as communicating the change.
• In cooperation with communication manager in project give feedback and improvements of the required documentation e.g. FAQ, information letters, guides (in several languages).
• Take part and support the Site coordinators during introduction and training of migration process.
• Support the Site Coordinator during scheduling of end user.

Experience with global communication.
Previous experience with global roll out project.
