Five years have passed and we have grown to an ambitious and creative company of 300 employees. We have been awarded Company of the Year in -07 (bragging), increased our turnover by 13 570 % (statistics) and managed to become the Nordic market leader (facts). Klarna is partly owned by Investment AB Öresund and Sequoia Capital - a company that saw the same potential in Google, YouTube and Apple Computer, as they do in us. We think that is a good start.

Klarna is looking for a Management Trainee to the office in Stockholm.
Working tasks
Do you want to work close to one of Sweden's most successful young entrepreneurs?
Klarna offers you a trainee program beyond the ordinary, where you will be able to influence and shape the future Klarna. During a full year as a management trainee you will get the unique chance to shadow a member of our management team, either one of our founders or Sweden's first CCO. You will get a deep insight into Klarna’s organization, responsibility for a variety of projects and even participate in management meetings.
When your trainee year is over, you have a solid foundation and a broad network of contacts within the organization and you are expected to continue to grow together with Klarna.
Requirements
We believe that you recently have taken your degree from a leading engineering or economics education with very good results. Your personality is characterized by a strong analytical ability and you are always prepared to "go the extra mile". If you are organized and hungry for a real challenge, you're probably the person we are looking for!
