You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations
What you will bring

Delivering results and problem solving
Understanding multiple customers, go-to market strategies, structure and business practices
Negotiating and influencing skills
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Previous experience from the Foodservice/ HORECA / Away from home business in Sweden.
Minimum 3 years sales experience.
Operational & practical experience from Wholesalers and Customers in Foodservice business sector highly preferred.
Tender management experience.
Used to high level of admin.
Knowledge from leading and coaching a sales force is preferred.
High drive for results and a "winning" mentality.
Business and goal oriented.
Easy to build relationship internally and externally
Self-going
Analytical, strategic and insight-based approach.
Experience from working in Nielsen and/or with POS data analysis
Can handle several stakeholders internally as well as externally.
High communication skills
Drivers license required.
Academic/Bachelor's degree within business administration or equivalent (IHM/RMI Berghs).
Fluent in English & Swedish language.
Other requirements
Role requires placement in Stockholm - Upplands Väsby
Swedish language is required
