We are looking for a Key Account Manager to be based within Stockholm who will play a key role to further develop the success of Axis within this geographical area.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Key Account Manager will have local responsibility for Stockholm and surrounding areas of the market and be responsible for development and implementation of business plans with key partners and customers. It will also be the Key Account Managers job to find new opportunities and make business of them in order to grow Axis presence in the market.
You will handle accounts on a daily bases, acting as a professional interface between the account and Axis. These accounts can be:
• A number selected partners (SI) with the highest revenue potential short-and long term
• A number of “future†accounts, (partners or potential partners) who have a potential to reach the Solution Partner revenue requirements within a near future
• Partners involved in high value projects
• Identified key end-user opportunities
You will be part of a multinational sales team in Northern Europe, providing you with technical sales support and you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in Northern Europe.
Ideal applicants within this position will be:
• Responsible for reaching sales target and growing the local market
• Developing clear business plans for selected accounts
• Setting annual targets on the geographic area and each account and continuously follow up KPI:s on these.
• Working closely together with the SI:s, in order to develop the project pipeline and close projects.
• Actively participating in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities
• Preparing sales reports with new and existing projects
This is a job that requires travelling mainly in Sweden and also to other countries within the region.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a “relationship builder†that can handle our entire sales process, all the way from finding opportunities to closing deals. The person we are looking for has a strong self-drive and will be highly motivated by being responsible for sales in the local area. The individual we are looking for see potential and possibilities and have the ability to translate this into actions in a goal oriented and structured way in line with Axis strategic approach and guidelines. Ideal applicants will be Degree educated or equivalent and have:
• Excellent communication/negotiation skills
• Extensive field sales experience from working in a similar sales position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience from working in the IT, access control and/or CCTV industry, handling, distributors, integrators and large end-users
• Good knowledge of the surveillance industry in Sweden
