Climeon is a dynamic B2B company that is expanding rapidly, we are now looking for the next talent to join our Sales team. Being a part of the Climeon sales team is an exciting journey where you'll get to meet a lot of exciting customers while promoting and selling a highly rewarded cleantech product that makes the world a better place by providing a Clean energy solution.

Climeon has recently established a business and a relation to a key customer on Iceland. As our KAM and Country manager you will manage the relation and handle the successful execution of the commercial contract as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.

As our KAM and Country Manager for Iceland, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan that realizes the commercial contract. You will also be responsible for increasing Climeons understanding of the geothermal industry on Iceland and identify new sale opportunities and product offerings to the market. You will work closely with our customer and other key stakeholders to ensure mutual business success, meaning your presence on Iceland is often required and frequent traveling between Sweden and Iceland is a part of this role.

Who are you?

Climeons business is project based and it is therefore important to us that you have previous work experience in driving and managing customer projects internationally. Since you will be our business representative on Iceland, it is also of key importance that you are motivated to build Climeons brand value and increase our presence by expanding Climeons network including local businesses, communities and government.

The qualifying requirements to succeed in this role are:

• Experience from Project management within sales internationally
• B.sc or M.sc preferably in economics or another relevant field
• English, both written and spoken (Icelandic and Swedish is always a plus)
• Leadership skills
• Understanding for a complex business Environment

To succeed as a KAM and country manager, the right personality and attitude is the most important thing. We seek someone independent with great leadership qualities and business acumen. You are a social individual who easily connects with other people and you have the ability to engage and motivate other people through your excellent communication skills. You are a solution-oriented doer who makes sure to follow up projects from start to finish in a structured manner.
