We are now looking for a dedicated junior consultant to be part of our establishment in Gothenburg. We believe you have a keen interest in building a career in responsible business.
Role description:
Enact has a long history of working with big and small clients in the greater Gothenburg area. We are now taking the next step by establishing a permanent office in Gothenburg to drive our continued expansion on the West Coast. In this role, you will support Enact's senior project manager in Gothenburg by coordinating and participating in sales and delivery of consultancy projects and trainings.

The position is based in Gothenburg. Some travelling within Sweden will be required.
Your profile:
• You are self-driven with the proven ability to develop your own initiatives
• You have experience from working in or with organisations related to sustainability issues
• You have an interest to develop within consulting or sales
• You have excellent writing and speaking skills in Swedish as well as English
• You are a people-person enjoying interacting with clients and other stakeholders
• We are looking for a highly autonomous and flexible person with a good eye for detail and a strong sense of quality. You are action oriented, enjoy working in high tempo and to get things done.Enact is an organisation which celebrates diversity of all kinds.

• Strategy development and support
• Stakeholder engagement and dialogue
• Risk management; including design, assessments and mitigation plans
• Responsible supply chain management

• Gap analysis in relation to international frameworks (e.g. GRI standards, Integrated
• Compliance issues related to human rights, business ethics and anti-corruption
• Reporting, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000 and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights)
• Sustainability assurance
• Implementation design and support
• Implementation of Sustainability, EH&S and Operational Risk Management Software
