We have built an all-star international merchant support team, and to further improve the quality towards the merchants and to optimize our internal work we are now looking for an ambitious and outgoing support engineer. This is a one year fixed term employment with good opportunities to extend.

As a Support Engineer for Merchant Support your mission is to support integration solutions between Klarna and our merchants. You possess deep product knowledge and is the go-to person when it comes to helping colleagues with product-related questions. You will back up our merchant support agents with information as well as initiate improvement projects for process automatisation in order to optimize our services. Tools that you will be working with are e.g. Splunk and database queries.

You have probably worked within service before and you love finding technical solutions to tricky problems and you are comfortable in taking the lead when solving complex cases in cooperation with other departments. You have a high level of professionality and you find it easy to communicate with business and technical resources effectively.
