Mikrodust are experts in developing test fixtures and test instruments for mass production of IoT products and the company helps well-known customers around the world. We are looking for a junior software engineer for their office in Lund, where you will be part of a competent team that is happy to share their knowledge.
In the role of software engineer, you will work with everything from smart instrument cards, test engine and test sequences. This will include both driving the test platform forward but also customer projects.
The languages used are mainly C/C++ and Python. As it is mainly electronics that are tested, there is a great focus on hardware and embedded.
You will work with your team scrum-based and everyone is an important part of the company's development going forward and you as a junior get a good chance for personal competence development with the help of your senior colleagues.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have a genuine technical interest and if you have, for example, built your own IoT products, that is a big plus. You have your own drive and want to constantly develop. You enjoy working in teams and sharing ideas and knowledge with your colleagues. Structure and an eye for detail is something that sits in the spinal cord.
You have a post-secondary education in computer / electrical engineering or equivalent and have good knowledge in Python and C ++. If you have previous experience in embedded and low-level programming and have worked close to electronics, it is a big plus!

Mikrodust AB started its journey in 2011 and today has up to 20 employees in the office in Lund. The company has its focus area in the development and sale of advanced test fixtures, primarily for the manufacture of wireless IoT products. The company builds these self-designed test fixtures based on proprietary technology and state-of-the-art systems to help its customers perform their production tests efficiently and qualitatively. The company also has product development of wireless products and this is done in house by senior developers and employees.
Mikrodust has the vision to become one of the leaders in Europe in the development, certification and production of unique affordable manufacturing test systems intended for the wireless IoT market. The company wants to be at the forefront of technology and in this way be able to help its customers with the design, development and production of tomorrow's products.
