We are now searching for a Junior Project Procurement Manager in Sweden.
Your main contribution will be to integrate procurement in the project management process at an early stage of the sales and execution phase. You will support the Project Procurement Managers in controlling and monitoring all procurement activities in the projects. You will also establish and maintain preferred supplier lists and introduce sourcing strategies targeting maximum contribution to the operating result.

* Prepare and conduct negotiations for low to medium Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings.

* Be proactive and forward systematically all relevant Procurement information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date.
* Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency.

What do we expect from you?
* You have Academic Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
* Previous experience in procurement and purchasing
* activities

* You have fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
