The Finance team at Lendi Group comprises Financial Reporting, Financial Operations and Business Partnering professionals with a common mission to build the leading modern finance team. We go beyond spreadsheets and PowerPoint by leveraging best in class technology to deliver fact-based insights and decision support to influence business strategy.
In an ever-changing environment, Lendi Group is leading the charge in developing industry-first technology designed to offer Australian homeowners' transparency, simplicity, and convenience in their home loan experience.
What you will do:
Be a key member of the team by supporting the Senior Manager to partner with our Distribution and Marketing teams
Responsible for analysis of monthly results including analytical commentary
Contribute to modeling within Anaplan, building and maintaining models
Contribute to annual Budget, periodic forecasts, and ad-hoc information requests
Monitor business and cost trends, and provide insightful financial and commercial insights to enable strategic and operational decisions
Identify opportunities focused on process improvement, leveraging technology to improve reporting.
Partner with the financial reporting and operations team and contribute to overall financial control
Qualifications
Who are you?
Previous background in a similar analytical role
Accounting degree with CPA or CA, or on-going
Excel and Anaplan proficient, comfortable analysing large data sets and performing financial modeling
Interest in using leading technology for planning, forecasting, and reporting
Analytical, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
Self-starter with accountability and drive to identify and solve problems
A collaborative working style to work with finance and business stakeholders
Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines and operate under time pressure in a dynamic environment
Commitment to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
